- Regional and dedicated lanes for more flexibility and consistency
- Home time; Two weeks out and one day home for each week out; potential for increased home time based on location

- Up to 8 cpm extra on top of the base rate bonuses for safe driving
- Late model automatic Volvos and Peterbilts
- “Minimal touch freight” drop, hook & relays
- Home time; 2 weeks out; one day home for each week out or better dependent on location
- 18 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last three (3) years is required with acceptable driving history
- Some of the experience must be within the last 12 months
- Minimum of 23 years old
dedicated
- Average annual pay is $76k-88k+
- Up to 8 cpm extra on top of the base rate bonuses for safe driving
